What the AI Visibility Snapshot stores, why, and how to have it deleted. Last updated October 2026.
What the scan does
When you enter a website address, the snapshot requests that site's public pages from the outside, the way a search or AI bot would: robots.txt, the homepage (as a browser, a test Googlebot and nine AI bots), a few address variants, the RSS feed, the sitemap and llms.txt. About 25 ordinary requests. It reads nothing that isn't public and changes nothing.
What is stored
For every scan: the website address, the results, the date and the country your connection came from (not your IP address). When you enter your email to see the report, the email is stored with that scan.
Why
To show you the report, to email it to you when you ask, and so that I (Misha Manko, the person who runs mishamanko.com) can follow up once about your results. There is no newsletter, nothing is sold or shared, and there are no analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Where
On Cloudflare (the database and the email sending both run there). Reports are visible only to people who have their private link.
Deletion
Write to hello@mishamanko.com with the email or website you used, and I'll delete every scan that has them.
